It was quite hard to find the answer but there it is: open terminal and open the folder with containing file (by still using terminal) and type in "chmod +x (filename)" and that's it. If you want to open the program straight from the terminal, type in while you are in the folder "./(filename)". Enjoy!!!

How to make files (such as .exe and .Jar) executable?
It took me quite ages to find a way to execute files easily and within one click. But before i used to create launchers with a command and a line lols. Anyway, Right click on the file and choose "Permissions" tab and then tick the box (Look at photo) Now, you can launch files by one click!!!
